That’s why our accounts production team not only has the ability to legally and professionally produce your accounts, but also to explain it thoroughly.
We are not statutory auditors, so we only deal with companies who’s turnover, balance sheet value and number of employee threshold is below the audit threshold.
What this means is that we almost entirely specialise in owner-manager businesses. We have successfully built our client base by acting for small businesses, often family run – like ourselves.
We aim to offer practical support throughout the year as we know the pressures and issues that small business face. We encourage our clients to keep in contact with us year-round.
Within our client base, we act for a variety of businesses in many different industries (haulage, tradesman, consultants, retail, aviation, professionals, residential management).

As a guide, approximately 85% of our client base are small LTD companies with up to 3-4 directors. These are always owner-managed.
Sole Traders and Partnerships
Although now less common, we do act for several partnerships and assist them.

As chartered Accountants, we are able to complete a wide range of accounts for other businesses, such as Charities, Management Companies and Clubs.
